Goals at FRESHface CLINIC

  • take a full history and examine you so that you are treated safely
  • make sure you understand the process pre and post procedure
  • make you feel comfortable and mostly be honest in what is really possible.

Important note!

  All consultations  will be charged, if no treatment is received on the day( please   note there is NO Medicare rebates).

At FRESHface Clinic all cosmetic treatments are performed by Dr Wayne Young, NOT a nurse, as many other clinics currently do.
Please also note that many patients attending these clinics are being charged at doctors rates,even though they are being treated by a nurse, who is usually not supervised at all!

Dr Young believes that only doctors are fully able to conceptualise and offer the appropriate treatmentto the immense training undergone. Moreover, these are medical procedures.

Laser procedures, and skin peels are administered by his staff.

STEPS in Dr. Young's cosmetic consultation

A full history is taken, this is to make sure there are no contra-indications,

then Dr Young starts with his "mirror test", areas of concern are discussed,

photos are taken, these are then viewed and discussed together with the patient.

Specific areas now are highlighted, and the order of priorities is listed.

All treatment options are discussed, then when both the patient and Dr. Young are happy, a cosmetic treatment plan is formalised.

At no point does Dr Young pressurize his patients, and so if a "cooling -off " period is required, then a further appointment is planned.

Follow up protocols are discussed and follow up appointments are arranged.
